Feasibility Analysis

The feasibility analysis involves looking at our ability to meet your objectives and determining whether or not A Finishing Touch is the right company for your project.

• To ensure project success, it all starts with an in-depth consultation. Brandon or one of our professional consultants will work with the you to learn your objectives for the project, budget considerations, and desired project schedule. After all the project parameters are examined, we’ll work closely with you to determine the feasibility of the project.

Plans & Specifications

Once we determine the project is feasible within the parameters you’ve established and that we’re a good match, we’ll work closely with you to finalize the plans & specifications for the project.

• This phase of the process requires special attention to detail and may ultimately determine the success of the project. Thus, A Finishing Touch relies on a broad range of expertise and experience to develop thorough, detailed plans that meet or exceed your objectives.

   

The Build

Once the work commences, you’ll really see what separates A Finishing Touch from all the rest.

Project Review

• After the project is completed, we’d like to hear your thoughts on how the project went and how it’s perceived by your family and friends. This helps us improve and gives us a better feel for how we should handle any other projects for you.

10 STEPS TO A SUCESSFUL JOB:

Step #1 Our Professional Construction Managers meet with you and access the project.

Step #2 Taking measurements, getting Dimensions and your specifications for the project.

Step #3 We submit to you Plans and Budgets for your approval.

Step #4 We make any Changes to Plans or Budgets accordingly.

Step #5 We finalize the Plans and Budgets and work on financing and scheduling.

Step #6 We Implement the project attaining building permits

Step #7 We begin the project on the date and time specified buy the customer
.
Step #8 Throughout the building process we communicate with our customers.

Step # 9 Keep customer informed on project updated, progress, and any other issues that may arise during the job.

Step #10 Upon completion you receive all information related tot your project.  (I.e.: maintenance and important information)
